Late diagnosis

Diagnosed as an adult? You are in good company

Many adults find out they are ADHD or autistic after years of working twice as hard as everyone around them. Medication is not about changing who you are. It can help with the parts that make daily life harder, like focus, follow-through, anxiety, sleep, or mood, so you have more energy for the things that matter to you.

We will talk through what you have noticed, what you have tried, and what you want to be different.
