  • I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to explore your story in ways that feel natural to you. My approach is warm, compassionate, and creative, drawing from narrative practices, expressive arts, and traditional talk therapy.

  • With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in expressive arts and drama therapy, I bring the power of play, imagination, and creativity into the healing process. Over my 15 years of experience as a teaching artist and facilitator, I’ve learned that the most meaningful breakthroughs often happen beyond words. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Catherine Hallam.

  • I work with individuals ages 8 and up, adolescents, young adults, and adults, navigating anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, life as a foster parent or foster youth, complex family dynamics, the lasting effects of high Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and the challenges of poverty and adversity. I bring deep understanding and compassion to these journeys, creating a safe, collaborative space for healing, resilience, and authentic connection.

My practice is:
I also serve as the Training Coordinator at New Pathways for Youth, where I design and facilitate self-development and social-emotional learning curricula, and equip mentors to support adolescents navigating poverty and adversity. This work continually deepens my insight into the challenges young people face and enriches my counseling practice, reinforcing my commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care..
