  • Lorenzo “Enzo” Ortiz is a clinical intern at Chapter & Page Counseling with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, where much of his career focused on Crisis Intervention and Crisis Negotiations. Through this work, Enzo developed a deep respect for the complexity of human behavior and the importance of being truly heard—especially during moments of distress.

  • Enzo is now transitioning into clinical mental health with a strong desire to support individuals before life reaches a crisis point. His therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, grounded in creating a sense of safety, trust, and collaboration.

  • He brings an open mind, a steady presence, and a listening ear to each session, meeting clients where they are without judgment.

Enzo also has a strong interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and values helping clients better understand their inner experiences with compassion and curiosity. He looks forward to partnering with clients in a supportive, respectful space—and welcomes each person with warmth and genuine care.
