
Supervision
Supervision is the process of the support provided to the supervisee by the supervisor. Support is provided in the form of clinical oversight, supervision, resource sharing and more.
Catherine is an approved clinical supervisor with the state of Arizona. She uses an Integrative model of supervision and will adjust supervision to meet your clinical needs. I will provide you with constructive feedback. Feedback is meant to help develop your clinical skills and you will be provided with resources for all feedback given.

Supervision is conducted via AZ board of Behavioral Health requirements.

The Supervisory Relationship
A professional and non-judgmental environment is always provided during supervision. The goals is to help you develop your clinical skills not to cause you stress.

Diversity & Advocacy Considerations
At our first meeting a discuss issues such as diversity, power, privilege within the supervisory and counseling relationships.

Ethical Considerations
Both parties agree to adhere to ethical guidelines of their profession. Documentation: Supervision documentation will be made available to the supervise within 48 hours of supervision. A record will be kept by the supervisor for 7 years after supervision has been completed.

Evaluation
Supervisor will conduct up to 10 observation sessions in accordance with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health. A detailed feedback report will be provided (if recording time stamps will be provided). All feedback reports will come with resources designed to further explain the feedback given.

Supervision Format
Formats offered individual, triadic, group.
Cost
- $85/hour for weekly individual supervision
- $100/hour for observation session with detailed Feedback report
- $65/hour per person for group supervision (2-3 people)
- $250 for 3-hour monthly supervision with lunch provided

Location
- Individual supervision is provided over ZOOM which meets the requirements of the state of Arizona Board of Behavioral Health requirements.
- Monthly Supervisions and Group will be TBA based on availability and times
Supervision Philosophy:
Catherine uses the developmental model of supervision and believes supervision provides a non-judgmental space for new counselors to grow in their profession. Catherine has ten years of experience working in multiple counseling populations. She specializes in neurodivergent populations but provides supervision to those who work outside this population as well.
