A full evaluation in one day, not eighteen months.

Families across the Valley routinely wait a year or more for a comprehensive evaluation. That year has a cost. School supports don’t get put in place. Accommodations don’t get requested. And you spend all of it without the language to explain what is actually going on.

The Rapid Evaluation Clinic is our answer to that. We run it a few times a year. You come in once, testing takes about three hours, and you leave having done the whole thing.

What’s included

$1,250, self-pay. One flat fee, one day, and a full battery rather than a single screener:

  • Cognitive and IQ testing
  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • OCD
  • Any additional assessments your clinician determines are needed

That is less than half what a comprehensive evaluation typically costs in the Valley. Every evaluation is conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist.

The written report meets requirements for ADA accommodations, IEPs, ESA documentation, and DDD eligibility.

Ages 2 to 75

We assess across the lifespan, with additional training in adult presentation and in how autism and ADHD show up in women and girls. Those are the two groups most often missed, and they are often the ones who have waited longest for an answer.

What the day actually looks like

When you arrive you are assigned an assessment manager who stays with you for the day. They handle snacks, drinks, and keeping your child occupied between testing blocks. Nobody gets left to manage three hours in a waiting room on their own.

Before you come

  • Tell us about any dietary restrictions at least 7 days ahead so we can plan food properly.
  • Bring whatever your child likes for downtime. If it is easier, send us a list of what they enjoy and we will have things ready when you arrive.
