  • As a counselor with over 15 years of experience as a teaching artist and facilitator, I offer a warm, compassionate, and creative approach to therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in expressive arts therapy. Currently, I practice under the supervision of Austin Pohevitz.

  • I deeply value honoring your authentic self and the richness of your lived experiences, so I thoughtfully tailor therapy to reflect your unique story, goals, and needs. My practice is affirming, accessible, and trauma-informed, intentionally moving away from rigid or clinical approaches. Instead, I offer a gentle, collaborative space where you can feel genuinely understood, validated, and fully supported as you are.

  • I specialize in working with individuals ages 8 and up, including adolescents, young adults, and adults who experience anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, foster care experiences, and complex family dynamics. My approach thoughtfully blends expressive arts therapy, traditional talk therapy, and narrative practices to help you build self-confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful connections.

In addition to counseling, I currently serve as the Training Coordinator at New Pathways for Youth, where I develop and facilitate self-development and social-emotional learning curricula and train mentors to effectively support adolescents experiencing poverty and adversity. This role continually deepens my understanding and enriches my counseling practice, further strengthening my commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care.
